I felt listened to
But most importantly I felt safe.
Every question I was asked felt validating, not clinical and the environment was entirely judgment-free. I felt deeply heard and understood and the process was smooth and reassuring.
My final report was with me within 2 weeks and every recommendation felt tailored to me.
The workplace adjustments list helps immensely.

I feel relieved
I was worried that I was failing and the system was failing my son.
I cannot thank the team enough for how they were with my 10 year old son. They made him feel completely at ease during the session. Turning what we feared would be a stressful day into a really positive experience.
We finally have the answers we desperately needed to support him at home and at school, the school accomodations plan is perfect.
I am sure this assessment is going to change his life
